Last post I will make in regards to Suteki Parfait

Hi all, here is the last response from Storenvy regarding the SutekiParfait issue:

“Hi all, Jessa from Storenvy here. We’ve already responded to a number of these petitions - We have no complaints from buyers on our platform for this seller, and so we can’t shut her down. We’ve also reached out to the buyer directly and she was quick to respond with a reasonable explanation. We will keep an eye on this store, but will not shut it down unless/until we receive a complaint from a customer who ordered through our platform.”

Thank you to everyone who helped make them aware of the situation. Unfortunately there is nothing they can do until someone basically gets scammed again; so there’s no need to keep sending the petition message.

Let’s hope they really are turning over a new leaf, but please just be aware of Suteki Parfait’s past and don’t hesitate to report them if you encounter any shady activity with the shop.

If you are buying from them, just be aware that they still have not refunded or compensated their past customers; and despite offering a “reasonable explanation” to Storenvy, they STILL have NOT offered any kind of explanation whatsoever to the people who deserve it the most — their CUSTOMERS.

I feel like as a fellow decoden shop owner the biggest slap in the face is to be dishonorable to the people who support you most: your customers.

The cat is beyond out of the bag, we all know who “sutekiparfait” is & no one in this community is going to let the issue die overnight.

PLEASE BRIDIE COME CLEAN.

Address this community, but more so ADDRESS YOUR CUSTOMERS.

If any of her past patrons (or if you’re brave enough her current ones) receive word from her on this matter please feel free to share with us.. we are all pretty curious how someone can be so dishonest & open her third shop without being reprimanded for her actions…

Please Report Suteki Parfait to Storenvy!!!

As many of you might know; the shop formerly known as SoTotallyLame on Etsy had been shut down after customers reported that they were not receiving their custom orders nor refunds. After they were shut down, they re-opened on Etsy as SutekiParfait, which was also shut down because former customers reported the shop. Now they have resurfaced as Suteki Parfait on Storenvy. This business should NOT be allowed to continue because they have scammed so many people out of their money and not offered any form of compensation whatsoever. This shop owner is dishonest and immoral and is preying on people who don’t know about their past. PLEASE do not be fooled by the new name, Suteki Parfait IS SoTotallyLame and needs to be reported to Storenvy!

We feel that this is an incredibly important issue to be aware of in the decoden community, so I created a template message/petition and we are trying to get as many people as possible to send it to Storenvy so that they take this issue seriously. Remember, this seller has been shut down TWICE on Etsy so this is no joke. Suteki Parfait has scammed too many people and who’s to say they won’t do it again? The owner of this shop was formerly SoTotallyLame on Etsy, which got shut down because they scammed people out of their money, taking custom orders and never fulfilling them. They ignored people’s attempts to contact them about the issue. Numerous people were taken advantage of like this and have yet to get their money back!

Etsy shut down SoTotallyLame because of the amount of negative feedback they were receiving, indicating that people were not getting their orders nor refunds, nor any kind of communication with the seller. After SoTotallyLame was shut down, they re-opened on Etsy as SutekiParfait. This store was also shut down on Etsy because ex-customers and supporters reported the shop for being a fraud.

SutekiParfait has now resurfaced here on Storenvy and is attempting to sell again. I strongly feel this shop should not be allowed on storenvy because the owner is a dishonest individual with no integrity. They have not gotten back to any of the customers they literally stole money from, and not one person has gotten a refund or any kind of compensation.
