Hi all, here is the last response from Storenvy regarding the SutekiParfait issue:
“Hi all, Jessa from Storenvy here. We’ve already responded to a number of these petitions - We have no complaints from buyers on our platform for this seller, and so we can’t shut her down. We’ve also reached out to the buyer directly and she was quick to respond with a reasonable explanation. We will keep an eye on this store, but will not shut it down unless/until we receive a complaint from a customer who ordered through our platform.”
Thank you to everyone who helped make them aware of the situation. Unfortunately there is nothing they can do until someone basically gets scammed again; so there’s no need to keep sending the petition message.
Let’s hope they really are turning over a new leaf, but please just be aware of Suteki Parfait’s past and don’t hesitate to report them if you encounter any shady activity with the shop.
If you are buying from them, just be aware that they still have not refunded or compensated their past customers; and despite offering a “reasonable explanation” to Storenvy, they STILL have NOT offered any kind of explanation whatsoever to the people who deserve it the most — their CUSTOMERS.
